Susan’s Personal Rules For A Great Body:
- Eat every 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
- Eat at least 6 times a day.
- Ask myself what is my protein/carb/fat for each meal.
- Have a protein shake with a 1/2 piece of fruit between each meal.
- Never skip a meal.
- Limit protein to 3 oz.
- Do cardio on an empty stomach.
- No fried foods, no saturated fat, no trans fats, no organ meats, and minimal processed foods.
- Consume flax seed oil, fish oils and olive oil in the proper proportion daily.
- Eat only sprouted whole grains.
- No fruit juices.
- Drink at least 70 oz. of water a day.
