Susan’s Personal Rules For A Great Body:

  • Eat every 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
  • Eat at least 6 times a day.
  • Ask myself what is my protein/carb/fat for each meal.
  • Have a protein shake with a 1/2 piece of fruit between each meal.
  • Never skip a meal.
  • Limit protein to 3 oz.
  • Do cardio on an empty stomach.
  • No fried foods, no saturated fat, no trans fats, no organ meats, and minimal processed foods.
  • Consume flax seed oil, fish oils and olive oil in the proper proportion daily.
  • Eat only sprouted whole grains.
  • No fruit juices.
  • Drink at least 70 oz. of water a day.
